Is Labour really trying to scupper the grammar school tide?

Stephen Twigg, Labour Education Secretary, is accused of trying to drum up support from Lib-Dems to kill off plans to expand Grammar Schools. I think we have a right as parents to choose the education we give to our children, and grammar schools should be part of that choice.
