DO NOT let your teenager read the article in the Daily Mail today that reports, teenager optimum sleep is 7 hours only. So next time they want to stay up to midnight on the X-Box the argument "You really need to get some sleep because ... (a) you've got school in the morning (b) you need sleep to grow (c) ..." won't work anymore, you've been warned.
