Newcastle-under-Lyme School provides an unbroken and coherent education for children from the age of 3 to 18. Children are invited into the School for assessment prior to an offer of a place being made. In the Senior School candidates take papers in Verbal Reasoning, Mathematics and English in addition to an interview and school report. Entry into the Sixth Form is by satisfactory interview and school report, after which an offer will be made conditional upon the applicant gaining specified grades at GCSE.
