At 11+ results are impressive, with healthy numbers of scholarships (a record 36 in 2024). In reception, a few little people had made a detour via the dressing up box and we were enchanted to see a dragon, a princess and a flamenco dancer. Year 3 were practising a catchy (somewhat graphic) song about Anubis and mummification for an imminent assembly on the ancient Egyptians. The issue of tutoring is as thorny here as elsewhere with some claiming it is rife and others insisting...
