Acorns School is an independent special school catering for pupils from five to sixteen years with moderate learning difficulties including emotional and behavioural difficulties and attention deficit hyperactivity disorder. Most pupils have statements of special educational needs. The school provides education for children who are resident at one of three children’s homes managed by Stepping Stones.
