Since 2019, Ella Schlesinger and Mayo Ogunlabi. They have their job cut out as working across four schools is complicated. Ensuring consistency across four large comprehensive sixth forms is, in particular, no mean feat, especially when the wellbeing of roughly 1,000 students is in question – a job made all the trickier by LaSWAP’s free-flowing arrangement, whereby students could have lessons in any one of the four schools that make up the consortium (La Sainte Union, William Ellis, Acland Burghley and Parliament Hill). To help manage this transient system, school has recently introduced a consortium-wide web-based system called e-Tutor, which is available to every tutor in the four schools, and a way of keeping tabs on each student and updating records.
