Business Class creates partnerships between school and businesses that are beneficial to both parties. Engagement between employers and young people can help prevent social background predicting a young person's success at school and beyond. More than 450 schools have been involved, supported by 1,000 businesses

The programme is focused around a school's strategic needs and the priorities of the school leadership team. Common priorities can include: leadership and governance; enterprise and employability; curricular support and wider issues.
