Mosaic mentoring runs international and country leadership programmes and mentoring programmes for primary and secondary schools and ex-offenders. It also runs The Mosaic Enterprise Challenge. This is annual, national competition during which school students aged between 11 and 16 learn about establishing and running a business through a business simulation game, during which they are mentored by experienced business professionals.
HRH The Prince of Wales founded Mosaic in 2007 with the aim of creating opportunities for young people of all backgrounds growing up in the most deprived communities. It operates in London, the North West, South East, Yorkshire, the West Midlands, Scotland and internationally.
