It’s been a long and challenging road with Covid, online learning and many more obstacles but we had the comfort of having her with us all along. I am delighted to recommend without hesitation the Good School Guide (GSG) SEN service to any parent who is looking for help in finding the right SEN provision for their child. The SEN service is very flexible and allows parent to choose the right level of need (and cost) most suitable for them. I have used the expertise of Mary the SEN advisor on 2 occasions now – (after 2 happy years in a brilliant a school sourced by GSG/ Mary – the school sadly closed – so we needed to embark on a school hunt again!) The GSG SEN service knows SEN school provision in considerable detail, it also knows the leaders of those schools and armed with information about a child your advisor is able to pick up the phone and hold those important initial conversations about a child. I found the SEN service so valuable in ‘opening doors’ that otherwise I think may have remained closed. The SEN advisory service is flexible, in my experience the advisor was available at weekends and in the evenings. The advisor is also backed up by an excellent administration infrastructure which meant that everything I asked for was followed up swiftly. A huge thank you to Mary and the SEN advisory team!’

Saying that she has been thoroughly professional….always giving feedback before expected and responding to queries within few hours, if not minutes,…..would be saying a fraction of what she has been.
