Thank the school
Parents and pupils often have cause to acknowledge the help and support they have received from their schools, for example in helping in the choice of further education or careers. "Say thank you" allows you to send a quick note of appreciation to the school in general or to an individual teacher.
This is a thank you to your school, teacher or careers adviser who helped you to get where you are now.
Please fill in the fields below, which we will transform into a letter of thanks from you to them.
Special Education Needs
The school is particularly effective in meeting the needs of pupils with learning difficulties. Many of the pupils who enter the school with extremely low reading ages leave as confident young people with qualifications. It was noted in the last OFSTED report that "students with special educational needs make good progress when they receive specialist teaching." The SEN teachers, along with a team of experienced and qualified teaching assistants, build a highly supportive environment. The department has recently received considerable input from the Special Support Services concerning Autism and fulfilling the needs of pupils' social training. The school is endeavouring to build expertise in this field. We also have considerable experience in supporting students with moderate dyslexia and dyspraxia.
