Thank the school
Parents and pupils often have cause to acknowledge the help and support they have received from their schools, for example in helping in the choice of further education or careers. "Say thank you" allows you to send a quick note of appreciation to the school in general or to an individual teacher.
This is a thank you to your school, teacher or careers adviser who helped you to get where you are now.
Please fill in the fields below, which we will transform into a letter of thanks from you to them.
Special Education Needs
The SEN Dept. is small but effective. The SENCO teaches small groups for literacy and specific learning difficulties. We have an SEN Maths teacher who has a third of her timetable in SEN and two thirds in mainstream Maths. We have one classroom assistant working with pupils at stage School Action and School Action Plus. The other three classroom assistants currently working in the school work with statemented pupils. We have one full time teacher from the Learning Support Service who teaches pupils with statements or at stage School Action Plus. Pupils are withdrawn from lessons to access this teaching. Teaching may be on an individual basis or in very small groups. This level of withdrawal teaching is, we believe, our great strength.
