Thank the school
Parents and pupils often have cause to acknowledge the help and support they have received from their schools, for example in helping in the choice of further education or careers. "Say thank you" allows you to send a quick note of appreciation to the school in general or to an individual teacher.
This is a thank you to your school, teacher or careers adviser who helped you to get where you are now.
Please fill in the fields below, which we will transform into a letter of thanks from you to them.
Special Education Needs
The SEN department at Hummersknott prides itself on being a well motivated team, dedicated to encouraging and supporting pupils to reach their potential. Support is provided by * in class support * withdrawal for literacy, numeracy and study skills * provision of an SEN homework club 3-4 nights per week In a recent Ofsted the report said ' There is good support for students with learning difficulties and/or disabilities' they ' do well and make good progress' We currently have a HEADWAY GROUP in Y7/8 for pupils with poor literacy skills and who are working out of their KS.
