What the school says...

At Mayfield School, girls will find the space to be themselves within a challenging yet supportive environment. Mayfield girls are encouraged to educate their mind, body, heart and soul. We support each girl to develop a love of knowledge, sound working habits and a responsibility for her own learning. The result is excellent public examination grades and university places at a wide range of leading institutions.

From fashion design to forensic science, drama to horticulture, Mayfield girls are encouraged to extend themselves outside the classroom as much as inside. Some pursuits stand particularly proud: the School team has won the National Schools Equestrian Association Championship a staggering 9 times over the last 15 years; and Mayfield has a reputation as the UKs leading secondary school for ceramics, having won several national awards.

Thank the school

Parents and pupils often have cause to acknowledge the help and support they have received from their schools, for example in helping in the choice of further education or careers. "Say thank you" allows you to send a quick note of appreciation to the school in general or to an individual teacher.

This is a thank you to your school, teacher or careers adviser who helped you to get where you are now.

Please fill in the fields below, which we will transform into a letter of thanks from you to them.

Leave blank if you want to thank the school as a whole

Years you were there

Can be left blank but, if you can, think of a few words that will bring a smile.

But it’s not exclusively female here: there are...
