What the school says...

Our school educates and inspires girls aged from rising 3 to 18 and boys from rising 3 to 11.

Our Pre-Preparatory, Preparatory, Senior and Sixth Form departments are all located on one campus in the idyllic, rural village of Brewood, South Staffordshire, just a 5 minute drive from the M54 and the i54 Technology Corridor.

Formerly a convent, now non-denominational with a Christian ethos, the school has been educating girls since 1920 and continues to stimulate, inspire and challenge our students at every stage of their development.

St. Dominic's Brewood Performing Arts Centre offers unrivalled dance, drama and music facilities, this along with our exceptional and diverse sports facilities and comprehensive extra-curricular programme complements the academic development of the girls.

Secondary School league tables published in January 2014 place our School once again as the top performing independent girls' school in Staffordshire; a tremendous achievement.

Examination success is measurable and a tour of our website will give you an insight into our school's ethos and facilities, but it will probably not answer all your questions. The atmosphere and ethos of our school is less easy to convey and nothing is quite as good as a personal visit, so why not call us to come and take a tour of our independent school.

What the parents say...

My daughter has been at the school for the past 7 years, from nursery through to year 6 and has always been happy. A caring nurturing environment that strives for excellence. She loves the performing arts opportunities it can offer her along with a beautifully scenic setting and great sports facilities. Individual learning for every child. She will look to stay for Senior school too.

Thank the school

Parents and pupils often have cause to acknowledge the help and support they have received from their schools, for example in helping in the choice of further education or careers. "Say thank you" allows you to send a quick note of appreciation to the school in general or to an individual teacher.

This is a thank you to your school, teacher or careers adviser who helped you to get where you are now.

Please fill in the fields below, which we will transform into a letter of thanks from you to them.

Leave blank if you want to thank the school as a whole

Years you were there

Can be left blank but, if you can, think of a few words that will bring a smile.
