All-through school (for example 3-18 years). - An all-through school covers junior and senior education. It may start at 3 or 4, or later, and continue through to 16 or 18. Some all-through schools set exams at 11 or 13 that pupils must pass to move on.

Since 2020, after a period as acting head, Shona Norman. Attended Wisbech Grammar School in Cambridgeshire, studied English lit at London University and PGCE at Cambridge before joining Woodbridge as a newly qualified English teacher in 2002, and has worked her way up through the ranks. Roles as housemistress, EPQ coordinator, mental health first aid instructor, deputy head (pastoral) and senior deputy have all been taken in her stride, as has the recent completion of a master's in educational leadership and school improvement at Cambridge.
