The Principal
Since 2016, Emma Young, who is also CEO, and was previously deputy principal at Esher College. A firm believer in sixth form college education, has spent her entire career working in the sector. She started her career as a geography teacher at The Sixth Form College, Farnborough. In 2005, she joined Esher College as assistant principal, curriculum and staff development and was then promoted to deputy principal in 2010.
