Thank the school
Parents and pupils often have cause to acknowledge the help and support they have received from their schools, for example in helping in the choice of further education or careers. "Say thank you" allows you to send a quick note of appreciation to the school in general or to an individual teacher.
This is a thank you to your school, teacher or careers adviser who helped you to get where you are now.
Please fill in the fields below, which we will transform into a letter of thanks from you to them.
Special Education Needs
Brecon High School is a mainstream comprehensive school. The school hosts a resource base for pupils with ASD in the south of Powys. In each year group there is a mainstream support class for pupils with a range of learning needs. It has a maximum number of 15 pupils and has LSA support allocated to it. The school has a full time Dyslexia specialist who works with pupils on a withdrawal basis. The school has recently upgraded its buildings with the installation of four lifts to improve access for disabled persons. The school also has a learning support class for pupils with moderate learning difficulties. The school has a number of LSAs who work with individual pupils and groups within mainstream lessons or if withdrawn to the learning support base.
