Since 2009, Helen Glover. Previously deputy head at Ty Gwyn Special School, Cardiff for 10 years. Originally from South Wales, Helen decided to specialise early on in her education and took the special educational degree course at Caerleon College, Newport. After four years teaching in a mainstream primary school she went on to teach at special schools locally. Married with two sons, Helen also has a dog, Daisy, her ‘daughter’ and a bit of a star with pupils.
