St Mary's is a co-educational Prep School with its own Kindergarten on site. It is mainly a day school with a flexible boarding facility. Day children can stay from 7.30 am (breakfast club in school) right through to 7.30 pm, by which time they will have done their prep and had supper. Kindergarten can stay till 4 pm.

He has a clear understanding of and commitment to the local community, a very modern approach to boarding and a determination to maintain a strong academic curriculum and extracurricular programme. As a parent said, ‘He’s given us solidity...

Special Education Needs
At St Mary's, children are initially screened when joining school to identify any particular learning needs. If necessary, support is provided through a 35 minute one-to-one lesson twice a week. These lessons are individually tailored to the particular needs of each pupil. Our Additional Support for Learning Department is staffed by two experienced and appropriately qualified teachers.
