What the school says...

This large red-brick Victorian house provides airy, well-lit classrooms and a large enclosed playground. Between 1953 and 1971 the building contained the whole school. It now houses the older Year One children together with Years Two and Three.
The children participate enthusiastically in a wide range of activities both inside and outside the classroom. They continue to develop their academic skills, as well as their creative and sporting abilities in a caring atmosphere which prepares them well for their future education.

Most children spend two years in this building before moving on to the Prep and firm friendships are formed which often last long after primary school life has finished.

Head

Mrs Christine McLelland - who took over as interim head in September 2015 following previous head Joanna Hockley's departure due to 'sad personal reasons' after a short tenure - has been confirmed as head. She was previously deputy head of St Nicholas Prep in Kensington, and has taught all classes from reception to year 6 in London schools.
