Headmaster

Since 2002, Patrick Mattar LRAM MA (early 50s). Degrees in music and education management and administration. Educated in Solihull. Came here in 1989, as head of music, straight from the Royal Academy of Music. This was followed by six years at Wetherby, first as director of music then deputy head. Returned here as headmaster in 2002. Married with two teenage sons and laughs that ‘parenting does not get any easier!’ Wife is director of lower school at Sussex House.

Music is his passion. Performs piano recitals...
