Special Education Needs
Rutherford School is an independent special school for children who have profound and multiple learning difficulties and associated physical difficulties aged 2-12. The pupils all have communication difficulties, many have a visual impairment and a few have a hearing impairment. Rutherford School has a qualified team of therapists and nursing staff to cater for the wide range of medical needs. The education staff are all trained in the specialisms we cater for.
