What the parents say...

When a child goes through their primary career at a school it is always announced good or needing improvement by the child ONLY! Yes parents do have their say of a school however, are they the ones coming from that school? As a former student myself and a boy who went to ashton house school for his primary career, i can tell you the ashton house is unbeatable- they have just recently provided lunches at the school and in terms of hygiene, the school is great! maintenance is fabulous and overall generally good! In terms of academics Ashton House is very very good! we take part in the Cambridge maths challenge every year and last years scores (2016) were incredible as we came 2nd place out of 1000 plus schools - we have a great musical program including concerts and carols. We also have a summer production which is held at the waterman and is always a night to remember! the children are undeniably always happy and get along very well! sports is also great her, and i would personally thanks Patrick O'Halloran as fantastic sports coordinator! art is held by the wonderful Mrs.Frampton and she is an amazing teacher and of course, the staff is incomparable! the school has so very much to offer and never leaves a student until he or she succeeds to its very best. once again, as a proud former student of AHS i can proudly say that it was fantabulous! currently im at one of the best boys secondary schools called Wilsons and none of my success came from directly myself but rather from the hard work and determination i had and learnt from ashton!

Hello, just wanted to share what we as parents felt about the school. When we put our children to a independent school we expect the value for our money. Our experience is Ashton house was very below average. In my opinion the school lacks a proper school environment and basic facilities eg the toilets are dirty, no proper hall, where events could be held, no lunch facility. Not only that We had a very stressful experience with them. If I have to rate this school as compared to other independent school, I would rate it 1 out of 5 . Please make sure and search well before you decide, cuz there are many other independent school which, in my opinion are much better both in education and environment.

Thank the school

Parents and pupils often have cause to acknowledge the help and support they have received from their schools, for example in helping in the choice of further education or careers. "Say thank you" allows you to send a quick note of appreciation to the school in general or to an individual teacher.

This is a thank you to your school, teacher or careers adviser who helped you to get where you are now.

Please fill in the fields below, which we will transform into a letter of thanks from you to them.

Leave blank if you want to thank the school as a whole

Years you were there

Can be left blank but, if you can, think of a few words that will bring a smile.
