What the school says...
Westonbirt Prep successfully combines the educational quality and individual attention of an intimate family school with the facilities, resources and opportunities of a school many times larger. Set within 210 acres of parklands in the heart of the Cotswolds, the school shares their exceptional grounds with Westonbirt Senior, an independent day and boarding school for girls; offering outstanding facilities including a 3m Sports Centre and state-of-the-art Music Technology Suite.
Westonbirt Prep offers a broad and varied curriculum, with great emphasis placed on sports, music and drama, each delivered by specialist teachers. Committed to making outdoor education part of school life, all year groups attend regular Forest School in the Spinney, a beautiful woodland clearing within the school grounds.
A strong family ethos is evident throughout the school and this combination of care and sense of community creates a happy, secure and stimulating environment for boys and girls to thrive.
Effective from September 2016, Mr Sean Price has been appointed as Headmaster of Westonbirt Prep School. Currently Assistant Head and Year 5 Form Tutor, Mr Price has been a highly valued member of Westonbirt for several years. Along with the excellent team of teaching staff, Mr Price will continue to develop the Prep school following the growth that Mr Shaw spearheaded during his tenure. ...Read more
