Since 2012, Mrs Jane Whittingham, BEd in English and special education needs, from Wall Hall College. Previously deputy head at Rowan she has also taught at Weston Green School, Thames Ditton and Claremont Fan Court.

Her own four children are now grown up and she is an exceptionally proud grandmother. Her love for her family is evident and clearly extends to the children around her. She is at the gate every morning, ‘talking to the children, not the parents’, ‘If it’s pyjama day, she will be in her pyjamas. She’s not afraid to get stuck in,’ we were told.
