What the school says...
Coworth Flexlands School is a flourishing independent preparatory school for boys aged 3 to 7 and girls 3 to 11 years nestled in 13 acres of beautiful grounds between Chobham,Windlesham and Sunningdale and within ten minutes of Virginia Water.
To encourage this path of self-discovery and success our children enjoy a safe, calm and secure environment, supported by staff who know each child. Academically, pupils learn in small, focused teaching groups within stimulating surroundings, with high quality, committed teaching. Freedom to express themselves and develop their curiosity is encouraged. Every child benefits from our broad curriculum and a culture of engagement that appreciates everyone’s contribution to school life. ...Read more
Thank the school
Parents and pupils often have cause to acknowledge the help and support they have received from their schools, for example in helping in the choice of further education or careers. "Say thank you" allows you to send a quick note of appreciation to the school in general or to an individual teacher.
This is a thank you to your school, teacher or careers adviser who helped you to get where you are now.
Please fill in the fields below, which we will transform into a letter of thanks from you to them.

Since 2010, Mrs Anne Sweeney MA, DipEd (50s), an Aberdeen maths graduate married to a globe-trotting management consultant who’s also a dab hand in proffering career advice to his forbearing wife, making it a condition of their engagement - ‘with a twinkle in his eye,’ she insists - that she become a teacher, to be around for their own putative offspring (obviously worked, as has a doctor, budding social worker, lecturer and IT specialist to show for it, plus a grandchild). Not that she needed much...
Special Education Needs
Coworth-Flexlands is a Prep School of approximately 150 pupils (nursery-year 6). The school recognises that all pupils have individual needs, most of which can be met within the normal environment of the classroom through a differentiated curriculum. The needs of a small number of pupils cannot be met fully without some special support. This additional support is offered as an integral part of the school's provision. The Special Needs Department aims to identify all children who need special consideration to support their physical, social, emotional or intellectual development. Some children are offered extra support within the classroom, others may require individual tuition. 09-09
