What the school says...

Glenesk is a unique Pre-Prep School which specialises in preparing children for entry to all the leading Surrey Prep Schools. We have a fine record of academic success, with a curriculum covering both the Early Years Foundation Stage and KS1, with the addition of a full Creative Arts programme, We are delighted to have been awarded 'Outstanding in all Areas' in our SIS Inspection Report, March 2014.

The early years of a child's education are so important and at Glenesk we pride ourselves on creating a secure, stimulating and happy environment in which our pupils can thrive. Our goal is to inspire each child to achieve their full potential and to prepare them to meet the demanding challenges that they will experience at the next stage of their education with confidence and high self-esteem.

Our qualified and experienced staff in the Nursery ensure that our two year olds are gently introduced to school life with Dance, Music and Drama being included in their weekly timetable.

In Kindergarten (3-4 years) we follow the Foundation Stage Curriculum with the addition of French. Once in full time school pupils benefit from an extensive Sports programme including football, netball, gymnastics and swimming in our indoor heated pool.

All core curriculum subjects are taught to a high standard and the eldest Year Two children are prepared for entrance tests for their future schools at the end of Key Stage 1.

We offer an early morning club, Early Birds, and a range of after school activities including Dance, Crafts, Gardening, Swimming and Saturday Splash.

Thank the school

Parents and pupils often have cause to acknowledge the help and support they have received from their schools, for example in helping in the choice of further education or careers. "Say thank you" allows you to send a quick note of appreciation to the school in general or to an individual teacher.

This is a thank you to your school, teacher or careers adviser who helped you to get where you are now.

Please fill in the fields below, which we will transform into a letter of thanks from you to them.

Leave blank if you want to thank the school as a whole

Years you were there

Can be left blank but, if you can, think of a few words that will bring a smile.
