Since 2008, Nick Baker BA PGCE (early 40s). A grammar school boy, he hails from Bucks, was educated at Dr Challoner’s and University College London, where he read geography, before qualifying as a teacher at Newcastle University. He has taught geography in a range of schools, including Holloway Boys comprehensive, head of year at Borehamwood, a former state middle school, and head of geography at Chesham Prep School (where he went as a boy, is now chair of governors, and where his two sons currently are).
