What the school says...

Bishopstrow College is an International Study Centre for students wishing to enter the top UK independent schools. We provide intensive English language and academic pathway programmes covering Key Stages 2, 3 and 4, to prepare international students for boarding school entry. The College also provides individually tailored programmes to assist international students with applications, entrance examinations and interviews to UK schools, as well as Cambridge English Language Assessment qualifications.

Lower, Middle and Upper College Programmes follow National Curriculum in key Stages 2, 3 and 4 with a four term entry in September, January, March and June.

Our 1 Year IGCSE / Pre-IB Programme offers 12 examinable subjects and is an excellent preparation for students before they begin their A Level studies or the IB Diploma Programme at a mainstream school. Results are strong with 90% of candidates achieving A*-C Grades at IGCSE together with exceptional results in the Cambridge English Language Assessment examinations.

A new teaching and learning facility has recently been opened providing an excellent learning environment, incorporating 8 classrooms, a science lab, IT suite, library and multi-activity room, as well as being a light and spacious building. The boarding house has been up-graded to include more en-suite rooms.
