  • School Year: The school calendar for 2010-2011 is still a work in progress, however the first day of school is September 6, 2010. The ASK school follows a typically American calendar and students have days off such as Columbus Day and Memorial Day. The 2009-2010 calendar was as follows. 2009-2010 October 12 no school Columbus Day October 30 no school Professional Development Day December 21-January 11, Christmas/ New Year's Holiday February 17 no school, Kosovo Independence Day April 2- Easter break April 9 no school May 31 Memorial Day no school june 14-18 last week of classes

  • Fee Details: Tuition Kindergarten 2,700 euros per year Grades 1-4 3,360 euros/year Grades 5-8 3,900 euros Grades 9-12 4,200 euros
  • Fee Extras: Transportation fee optional 50 Euros a month (this is strongly recommended for the Early Learing center, since the younger children meet at the city center school and are bussed "up the hill" to their school building, and then brought back down in the afternoon for pick up) Use of text books is free Food service (breakfast & lunch) is free up until 5th grade. After 5th grade there is a 300 Euro charge for 5-8 grade, and in 9-12 there is a self serve cafeteria. Accident insurance is included in the fees.
