Mrs Jennie Phillips (40s) burst upon Agincourt from Badminton School in September 2014 and no one’s feet have touched the ground since. Passionate and enthusiastic about the key role of these early years, Mrs Phillips has been building on a highly successful enterprise to make the school something very wonderful indeed. Like lots of her staff, she looks and sounds more like an escapee from Hampstead than you might reasonably expect to find in rural Wales.
