What the school says...

The boys and girls who come to Babington House School receive a first class education and enjoy coming to school. With a school roll of just over 400, every pupil from 3 to 18 years old is able to make the most of our bespoke approach to education, grow in confidence and maturity and make close friendships. We develop their daring and wisdom so they can discover their own individuality and become the very best that they can be.

We select children on their academic ability and potential, as well as personal qualities. Once at Babington, they are encouraged to surpass their own expectations. We encourage a love of learning for its own sake as well as preparing our pupils for the highly competitive nature of the schools and universities they move on to.

Our academic, social and sporting endeavours are underpinned by core Christian values which include a respect for others and an awareness of a purpose greater than ourselves.

Please note: Independent schools frequently offer IGCSEs or other qualifications alongside or as an alternative to GCSE. The DfE does not record performance data for these exams so independent school GCSE data is frequently misleading; parents should check the results with the schools.
