What The Good Schools Guide says..
Lots of computers (all classes have their own blog) and kindles for reading. 'Parents are blown away by the facilities when they first come here,' says one parent....
Thank the school
Parents and pupils often have cause to acknowledge the help and support they have received from their schools, for example in helping in the choice of further education or careers. "Say thank you" allows you to send a quick note of appreciation to the school in general or to an individual teacher.
This is a thank you to your school, teacher or careers adviser who helped you to get where you are now.
Please fill in the fields below, which we will transform into a letter of thanks from you to them.
What The Good Schools Guide says
Since 2015, Mrs Tracey Taylor, BEd and NPQH from Edge Hill College, formerly head of Adlington Primary School in Chorley. Mrs Taylor began her teaching career as a reception and year 1 class teacher and has a passion for teaching in the early years.
Play-based, one-to-one assessment in the autumn of year prior to reception entry, with places offered in December. ‘No formal skills in reading and maths required. We’re looking for bright-eyed, curious children who ask questions’. If places become available in years 1 and 2 children are tested in reading, writing and numeracy.
