What the school says...
Bishopsgate is a vibrant and happy community in which children enjoy their childhoods and develop a lifelong love of learning.
We strive for the highest standards of teaching and learning, developing the skills, capacities and understandings that our children are going to need to live effectively in the 21st century. Whilst not academically selective, the school has high expectations of its pupils, who are prepared for a range of first class senior schools, including Wellington, Bradfield, St George's, Ascot, St George's, Weybridge, Pangbourne and Hampton.
Our children enjoy a breadth of experience with opportunities for sport, music, drama, the arts and participation in an exciting programme of extra-curricular activities. The school enjoys an excellent reputation for Rowing and Tennis.
Laughter and fun are also very important ingredients of the Bishopsgate experience and we place great emphasis on the happiness and well being of our children, who are happy, friendly and courteous.
The school enjoys the most beautiful of learning environments on the edge of Windsor Great Park. ...Read more

Special Education Needs
Bishopsgate is not an academically selective school and we welcome all children who can make the most of the opportunities that we offer and can flourish in the caring environment of our school. Treating every child as an individual is important to us, and we welcome pupils with special educational needs, providing that our Learning Support Department can provide them with the support that they require. We do not, however, have the facilities to offer highly specialised and intensive treatment.
