What the school says...

Brontë House School is set in it's own grounds with music, sports and dining facilities, yet has the advantage of accessing all the extended facilities of the senior school Woodhouse Grove. This promotes a seamless education from 2 to 18 years.

In the latest ISI Inspection Report (2017), Brontë House was rated ‘Excellent’ for both pupils academic achievement and pupil development. The report stated “Pupils throughout Brontë House achieve highly because the school expects that they will and encourages them to be the best that they can be.”

Our early years provision, Ashdown Lodge accepts children from 2 years old and has fully qualified teachers throughout to promote excellence and encourage learning.

Our extensive outdoor facilities coupled with regular Bushcraft lessons blend
hands-on, practical experience with academic learning. We encourage self-reliance, problem solving and perseverance, all aimed at increasing your child’s confidence and curiosity.
