What says..

Perfect pitches extend as far as the eye can see, busy with grounds staff rolling and mowing grass that already looks like a billiard table. We defer to one of our guides who observed, ‘I can’t think of a prep school with better pitches.’ Evenings and weekends are busy with dedicated clubs including fly tying and model making, and competitions and activities such as fondue nights (boys have to go and buy the cheese as well as cook it) and a Caldicott Bake-off. On the wall of the school dining room we were shown the honours boards and there he was, Nicholas Clegg, the only head boy in the school’s history...

What the school says...

Caldicott is a traditional boys prep school where most start as day boys and then board for their final two years. The school is set in 40 acres of wonderful grounds and boasts fantastic facilities, especially the new Centenary Hall and new state of the art Science Labs and IT Suites. Caldicott has a strong academic and sporting history, but music, drama and art are also thriving. The school strives to turn out confident, well mannered boys who have really enjoyed their days at prep school. Thank the school

Parents and pupils often have cause to acknowledge the help and support they have received from their schools, for example in helping in the choice of further education or careers. "Say thank you" allows you to send a quick note of appreciation to the school in general or to an individual teacher.

This is a thank you to your school, teacher or careers adviser who helped you to get where you are now.

Please fill in the fields below, which we will transform into a letter of thanks from you to them.

Leave blank if you want to thank the school as a whole

Years you were there

Can be left blank but, if you can, think of a few words that will bring a smile.

What The Good Schools Guide says

Deputy head (academic), Theroshene Naidoo, is currently acting head, after previous head Simon Doggart retired early due to ill health.

Two form entry in year 3 is joined by another two form entry in year 4 (legacy of Bucks middle school system). There is a short formal academic assessment plus an opportunity to meet other pupils and teachers. Head likes to show prospective parents round (several said they felt they were under as much scrutiny as their sons) and there is an open day in June.
