What the school says...
Carfax College is distinctive in that it offers pupils a tailor-made curriculum and a degree of flexibility that traditional schools cannot match. As a well-established tutorial college we provide a complete boarding education to girls and boys of all ages within a stable, structured learning environment, and as part of a friendly, supportive community. As in any good school, our focus is on academic achievement. We prepare older pupils for GCSEs and A levels whilst younger pupils follow an independent curriculum, designed to prepare them for progression to leading senior schools. Pupils can join at any time of year. Short-term and part-time courses are also offered all year round, including weekends and holidays. The College specializes in one-to-one and small group tuition, closely attuned to each individuals goals and needs, and developing independent learning skills. ...Read more
