Special Education Needs
Cedar House School is an independent residential special school for pupils with social, emotional and behavioural difficulties. The school caters for both boys and girls and also admits day pupils from the local area. The school has excellent facilities to meet both the social and educational needs of children. The ethos of the school supports the provision of a safe, secure and caring environment within which personal growth and development is promoted. The school provides access to the National Curriculum and a range of examinations are offered at GCSE and entry level alongside alternative external accreditation. The school is regularly inspected by client LEAs, CSCI, Ofsted and by our parent company,Witherslack Group of Schools, and has a successful record of inspection in all areas.
