What the school says...

Located in historic period buildings in Chard, South Somerset, specialist subject teachers provide the highest standard of teaching in English, Maths, Science, French, PE, Art & Humanities. The school has excellent facilities to match, including a science lab, Astroturf, ICT suite, gym, art studio, library and a self-contained Nursery for 2-4 year olds. The school received an impressive Independent Schools Inspectorate report in June 2013.

Pupils at Chard School are also able to participate in many artistic endeavours. Music and drama play an important role with children performing on a regular basis to friends, family and the public. The talented music teachers give pupils the opportunity to learn a musical instrument from the extensive list on offer.
