Since 2010, Mrs Angela Barr BA Ed (40s). Has been head since school started. Previously head of the lower school at Pembridge Hall, another Alpha Plus school. Studied geography and education at Christchurch College, Kent University and then taught in a state school in Essex before taking off and travelling around Africa for a year, where she met her husband, Simon. ‘I loved school and always wanted to be a teacher,’ she says with passion.
