Head of College

Since 2017, Caroline Scott. Studied teaching at De Montford University, Lincolnshire and taught at various mainstream FE colleges before joining Farleigh in 2014 as a learning support worker. Initially her motive was to help her to understand her own child who she correctly suspected had Asperger’s, but she swiftly moved on to become a teacher, then head of education and later vice principal. Her first hand experience of school exclusions, tribunals and coping as a parent means she understands the parents' journey. And she understands the difference that Farleigh can make to children and their families. Originally from Essex, Scott lives locally with her husband and three children.
