What the school says...

I am immensely proud to be the Headmaster of the happy community that is Fettes Prep. Like any good family we encourage the children to throw themselves into everything they undertake, but above all, we want the process of growing up to be fun. We believe that every boy and girl is capable of success and it is our duty to ensure that this success is achieved within a caring and committed environment.

Our caring community and broad curriculum encourages all children to develop a confident outlook on life. Our boarding houses, create a secure and homely environment for all the pupils. Academic excellence is achieved through encouraging the children to acquire the skills and attitude which will allow them to become successful adults. The Arts are thriving giving an excellent opportunity for self expression - artwork is displayed around the school, we have regular stage performances and a range of musical instruments are taught with expert tuition. The sporting and cultural life of the School is supported by an extensive activities programme crucial for an all-round education.

I would welcome the opportunity to show you all that Fettes Prep has to offer and let you experience the warm atmosphere of the school. Mr A A Edwards Headmaster Fettes College Preparatory School

Thank the school

Parents and pupils often have cause to acknowledge the help and support they have received from their schools, for example in helping in the choice of further education or careers. "Say thank you" allows you to send a quick note of appreciation to the school in general or to an individual teacher.

This is a thank you to your school, teacher or careers adviser who helped you to get where you are now.

Please fill in the fields below, which we will transform into a letter of thanks from you to them.

Leave blank if you want to thank the school as a whole

Years you were there

Can be left blank but, if you can, think of a few words that will bring a smile.
