Since 2006, Mrs Vicky Size, 40s. Practical and down to earth, she started her working life as a waitress and childminder. Having always wanted to work with children she took a year out after school to volunteer in a special needs nursery. Then worked as NQT at mainstream Hale CofE Primary, where she felt particularly drawn to the children who struggled and had the most barriers to overcome. Spent a couple of years teaching in mainstream Wolverhampton Primary School, then worked in their SEMH unit, staying there for two-and-a-half years.
