Landhead Primary School is a largely rural school. It is situated 2 miles from Ballymoney town centre, on the B16. It has a welcoming and friendly ethos where children can feel safe and secure. It is at the heart of the community and encourages close contact with parents.

Special Education Needs
Landhead Primary School has 6 children on Stage 5 of the SEN Code of Practice. The school Policy for children who are statemented is to provide 10 hours teaching assistance. Children are fully integrated in classes and differentiated work programmes are established. All 3 full-time teachers have SEN experience.
