What the school says...

Residing in a historic Georgian Grade II listed building overlooking Clapham Common, children at Parkgate House School receive focussed attention in one of three specialised areas: the Montessori Nursery; the Pre-Preparatory Department and the Preparatory Department. At any age, children enjoy an expansive, high quality curriculum, which is further enhanced by an established after school programme including choir, IT, drama, French, sport and horse riding.

A recent Ofsted report praised Parkgate House: "The quality of the curriculum provided by Parkgate House School is outstanding for pupils of all ages. Pupils thrive as they move through the school." Parkgate House School believes that happy, confident children will realise their full potential. The school has high academic expectations of its pupils and is extremely proud of its impressive record of academic success over the years. Pupils are fully prepared for entry into leading senior schools in the London area and beyond. The school has an established record of excellent 11+ examination results where first choice senior school places are achieved, and where art, music and academic scholarships are annually awarded from top London day schools and country boarding schools.

Parkgate House School celebrates success at every level and in every sphere of school life, be it academic, sport, music or the arts. Parents' assemblies provide the school with an excellent opportunity for this, as do annual music recitals, art exhibitions, award ceremonies and drama productions. For all those reasons you will find Parkgate House a very special and unique school, providing your child with the very best education has to offer.

Thank the school

Parents and pupils often have cause to acknowledge the help and support they have received from their schools, for example in helping in the choice of further education or careers. "Say thank you" allows you to send a quick note of appreciation to the school in general or to an individual teacher.

This is a thank you to your school, teacher or careers adviser who helped you to get where you are now.

Please fill in the fields below, which we will transform into a letter of thanks from you to them.

Leave blank if you want to thank the school as a whole

Years you were there

Can be left blank but, if you can, think of a few words that will bring a smile.
