Since September 2019, Matthew Faulkner, prevously deputy head at Summer Fields in Oxford. Modern languages degree from Oxford; started off in law, but has been teaching since 2006. Has worked at Sussex House and Notting Hill Prep as well as Port Regis and Summer Fields. Married to Nel and they have three children. His interests include all sports, playing the piano, travelling, creative writing and cooking.

Previous head Tim Cannell is now principal. New deputy head and head of admissions also in 2019.

Lucinda Waring (40s) remains the managing director and majority shareholder. Originally trained at St Nicholas’ Montessori College in Knightsbridge, she founded her first nurseries at the age of 26. Parsons Green Prep aims to be an inclusive school. At the core of our ethos, we respect and value each child as an individual, with their own unique needs. We have staff experienced in identifying a range of barriers to learning, and skilled in differentiating the curriculum and adapting teaching strategies to meet children's diverse learning needs and styles.
