Thank the school
Parents and pupils often have cause to acknowledge the help and support they have received from their schools, for example in helping in the choice of further education or careers. "Say thank you" allows you to send a quick note of appreciation to the school in general or to an individual teacher.
This is a thank you to your school, teacher or careers adviser who helped you to get where you are now.
Please fill in the fields below, which we will transform into a letter of thanks from you to them.
Special Education Needs
The Good Schools Guide writes: Pencalenick School caters for pupils with a wide range of complex learning and emotional difficulties including a broad range of psychological, emotional, and autistic spectrum needs. The school is able to accept pupils with a broad range of disabilities (most of school is wheelchair accessible). Pupils are issued with IEPs and independent learning is encouraged. Exclusions are rare. Residential care is available either because of distance from home to school or for social and emotional reasons. The school underwent a very successful OFSTED in 2005 (under the previous head) when many aspects of the school were graded 1 outstanding, or 2 very good. The school holds a number of awards including Investors in People, Education Business Partnerships and Schools Curriculum Awards.
