Since September 2016, Dr David Moses, previously English teacher and housemaster at Ampleforth College. Degree in English and Scottish literature from Edinburgh, followed by doctorate in medieval literature and theology. He is married to Clare and they have two sons.

Special Education Needs
St. Martin's Ampleforth seeks to be inclusive as far as it is possible. The school is located in a Grade One listed Castle so physical disabilities would be difficult to accommodate comfortably. We cater for a range of educational and behavioural needs at the milder end of the spectrum. If we feel that a child can take as full a part as possible in our curriculum, and benefit from it, then we will consider them for a place. Nov 09.
