What the school says...

Ofsted rated The Cedars 'Outstanding', and especially noted our mathematical achievements which lead to our involvement in the Government Review, 'Good Practice in Primary Maths'.
Our small class sizes enable teachers to look closely at each child's needs and tailor learning to match those needs. Children are able to learn at their own pace to consolidate learning or to move to more advanced work.
We embrace modern technologies whilst placing importance on traditional methods and values. We are proud of our happy, nurturing environment where each child is valued. We have a close working relationship with our parents who are very supportive of the school.
We celebrate each child's achievements and our children leave us as confident, articulate young people whose skills go beyond academic achievement.
We hope to have the opportunity to meet you and welcome you to The Cedars.
