Since 2007, Robin Lee. He greets us in reception with a friendly smile, comfortably dressed in a bright blue jumper and khaki chinos. Married with six daughters - five of them teachers, or in teacher training, which leads to some lively family conversations. ‘My career plan was always a nice university department by the sea; that’s what I wanted, to teach teachers.
